Aditya Birla Group is one of the biggest conglomerates of India, known for not only its phenomenal grasp in the market but also the value it adds every day in the life of numerous Indian citizens. In its 149 years of prominent existence, ABG has left no stone unturned to be a reason for the smile on the face of every individual of this country. ABG became an integral part of my life three months back when I met with an accident in Pune. I was returning to my PG from office when I met with a bike accident. The last thing I remember before closing my eyes laying down on the road is that I was not able to feel my left hand, there were people encircling me and noises all around. The next time when I opened my eyes I saw a smiling individual wearing white apron examining my swollen hand. I got terrified looking at my hand and asked him where I was, what has happened to me? With a calm and ensuring voice he said, “Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, you are in safe hands.” The following day I went through a Radial head displacement surgery for my left hand in the same hospital.
I was extremely anxious to embark on a new journey of MBA with a feeble operated hand of mine, but every time I felt distressed about my condition there was an Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital member to console me and made me believe that my hand will completely recover before the joining date of my college.
Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital is a product of the CSR initiatives of Aditya Birla Group, they not only influence people’s life but save it. Today, exactly three months from my surgery I sit in the canteen of TAPMI, efficiently typing with both hands of mine to give a tribute to Aditya Birla Group.
