A desire to start something new in a community is when you face challenges harsh enough to shatter your dream. But the achievement only comes, when you smash those walls with your courage.

Napoleon Hill once said: “The starting point of all achievement is desire.”

The intention was to create a wedding planner group in the city. The path starts from a little center of Udaipur, Rajasthan. The center is well known for its beauty and tourist attractions. But, one of the most famous markets around the city is of the wedding planner.

The primary task was to find our supplier for decoration, food, lights, and all additional arrangements. The negotiating skills needed for this assignment was way more than I possessed at that very instant. But, some prior experience and a few recent encounters made me a more skilled negotiator. Our first customer was easy to find but, particularly, a challenging one. The stake was high, as the family relation made it more profound. Since it was our first contract, we had a much crucial responsibility of delivering in two senses, one as a corporation and another as a relationship.

There were numerous hurdles we faced while achieving it, such as variations in the last minutes, an increment in the number of guests, room exchange requests, and much more. However, the flame to keep going made us perform sensationally. The higher the grill, the faster you learn, as proclaimed. We started working in a more concise and much optimum way than before. Our team collaboration also enhanced as we learn how others work. The best solution was time management. Though, we learned this the troublesome way. Still handling the responsibility of a planner was worth to try. One day I hope I can do it for my venture. Always, looking for a new beginning!!
