Challenge is the pathway towards engagement and progress in our lives. But not all challenges are created equal, all of them differ in some or the other way. Some make us feel lively, engaged, connected to others, and fulfilled in all aspects of life. Others simply overwhelm us in some manner. So, knowing the difference as you set bolder and bigger challenges for yourself is significant for your sanity, success, and satisfaction.

My life has always been a turbulent, having ups and downs in many ways. I was a very brilliant student in my school days. Got into good engineering college. But inspite of this, I was struggling in my workplace as I was not able to perform as good as my colleagues. This was because I was not getting any interest in my work. My life became monotonous. Then I decided to go for MBA. This was because I was always inclined towards managing people and motivate them to work. I tried preparing for MBA entrance exam for an year along with my job, tried my best, still did not get good rank. I tried again and gave the second attempt of the exam. This time also my rank got improved but I did not get the college of my choice. So I decided to give myself another chance. But from inside I was very nervous as this was the third year and my job was also at stake as I was not able to concentrate on both things simultaneously. With proper guidance and support of my parents, I was motivated and focused towards my goal. I prepared rigorously thinking that it would be my last attempt. This time I cracked the exam and got admission in TAPMI.

Finally, there was a ray of hope after so many days of struggles.
