Technology is shaping the world and managers today need to be well versed with technology to stay ahead. I strongly believe that a leader who is passionate about technology and its application in management can help his or her firm in gaining sustainable competitive advantage. But for me to reach what I have dreamt off took a roller coaster ride to achieve it. I always aspired of doing my graduation from reputed college in the state or the country but I was unable to reach my goal in the first attempt after my plus two , so I had made a decision to take an extra year to achieve my goal, after that I was admitted into one of the top colleges in my state and I was among the top 2 percentile in the state level engineering entrance test.

After my graduation, I wanted to pursue my post-graduation in Management after having some industry experience.  I joined Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer and I used to study during my free time, as the days went on I felt my experience is deviating from the field I have chosen, then I did certifications in the field of Digital Marketing in search and display networks. Later I resigned from TCS and joined a start-up as a Digital Marketing Executive where I learned a lot and overcame a lot of difficulties. I come from a very reserved South Indian family where they feel that TCS is a kind of Government job and leaving is like committing a sin.

I worked in the start-up for one year, my main responsibility is to generate leads through social media and make it more aware. No way days people are not even want to waste 5 seconds of our time on advertisements. In such kind of environment, I need to generate a new lead base to them and on my free time, I need to clear one of the toughest exams called Common Admissions Test shortly known as CAT. I have done my job to the fullest of my ability and generated a new lead base to them through Facebook marketing, Instagram, Linked In Pinterest and also I have cleared the test and was pursuing PGDM in TAPMI. These are my major accomplishments in my life so far hope you guys enjoyed while reading.
