I was 14 years old when I got my first cell-phone. Before that, I remember being jealous of all my friends who already had phones, some of them, smartphones, which were a luxury back then. Even though mine was a hand-me-down from my sister, I was pretty content with what I had. I was r excited to start texting my friends and immediately wanted to get a calling/SMS package. But the question I had in mind was which network provider do I choose? It was an important decision as it was going to stay with me for the rest of my life.
I was wavering between IDEA and Vodafone as they were two of the largest network providers in the country. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to go with Vodafone as it seemed like the right idea at that time. However, in the next few months, I had started facing a lot of problems due to improper coverage of network and availability issues. Hence I decided to switch from Vodafone to IDEA and it got me thinking about why I didn’t do this earlier.
I have been using the same number for six years now and I have never faced a single network issue or connectivity problem. IDEA’s coverage is all over, no matter which corner of the country I go to. Unlike a lot of my friends, I never face any network problems when I leave my home state and go traveling. I have always loved traveling and IDEA is the one channel that kept me connected to my loved ones throughout.
