A common middle-class family has a lot of dreams. Most of them aspire to be successful and renowned someday. But the journey to such a glorious destination doesn’t come easy. People have to face a lot of small and big challenges. In this journey, various small stuff comes close to our heart and creates an unbreakable bond. Similar to this is my story, as well. Coming from a low-income family, I also had to go through a lot of physical and financial challenges. Then came the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) products, which made my life a lot easier.
From being an idea network subscriber to a regular customer of Pantaloons, and also being an investor in Birla-Sunlife mutual funds, ABG has played a very significant role in shaping my family’s current situation.
The first ABG product that became very dear to me was my first phone with an idea sim in it. It was after class 10 when I left my house for the first time to stay alone in Kota (Rajasthan) for IITJEE preparation. Thanks to the strong network coverage, I could contact my parents whenever I felt low and needed motivation. It helped a lot to get into NIT Jamshedpur. I still refer to it as my “lucky shirt.” Now my connection to Louis Philippe has grown so strong that most of my formal attire is from the same brand. My presence in IIM Ranchi is also the result of my “lucky shirt.” Now it has become a reason for my confidence at difficult times.
Another wonderful product from ABG is the Birla-Sunlife mutual funds. My family’s investments comprise majorly of B-SL funds, and it's steadily increasing over the months. The kind of return it provides gives my parents' great support to cover some part of my college fees. I am very thankful to the fund manager of B-SL group for such wonderful performance.
Now that I am in IIM Ranchi, with a little less to worry about the financial, it gives a feeling of confidence to me as well as my family.
