Aditya Birla Group is an Indian Multinational Conglomerate founded 162 years ago in 1857 and is operating in 35 countries providing jobs to around 120000 people and making a turnover of around US$44.3 billion. Apart from its continuous development it also makes India proud. It has also won the AON Best Employer Award.

Aditya Birla Group would be in some part of our lives knowingly or unknowingly. It has played an important role in most of our lives especially for needy ones by providing midday meals to children. Aditya Birla Group also produces food grade phosphates which is largely used in edible oils, colas, bakery, pharmaceuticals and we have been consuming these products from our childhood.

Farmers are considered as the backbone of the country. Indo Gulf Fertilisers (IGF) which is a part of Aditya Birla Group provides Agri-solutions and helps them from sowing to harvesting and is the first choice of farmers in the Indo-Gangetic Plain where it is operated.

I purchased formals from Allen Solly and Van Heusen which are some of the best brands and I have been wearing them for many occasions. I might also be wearing the same while attending the interview, if Aditya Birla Group comes to recruit the students from our campus (IIM Ranchi).

Mobile Phones have now become a basic necessity in everyones life. A mobile phone without a Sim Card is of no use. Vodafone Idea Limited is one of the largest telecom operator which is owned by Aditya Birla Group and my father is using Vodafone and is a customer of Aditya Birla Group. So, I feel that Aditya Birla Group is somewher or other is a part of everyones life.

Have Faith in Yourself and Work Hard

When I was around 14 years old, my parents and myself came to know that my brother is suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and my parents decided to send me to hostel and they joined me in a school in Andhra Pradesh. It was my first time leaving home and was not able to stop thinking about my brother. In addition to that I was the only student in my batch who does not even understand Telugu and was having Telugu as my First Language for the 10th standard Board Exam. I somehow managed the situation by thinking "Time heals" any type of difficulties and "Everything is going to be okay". With the help of my friends and the junior lecturers I learnt Telugu and scored 8/10 points and now i am fluent. I also learnt that we can achieve anything through hard work and not to over think about things which is not in our hands. And after that in 2017 I gave my CAT and did not any calls from IIMs and I was confused whether to try next year wasting one year when I was not sure whether I can crack the exam in 2018 or else to join some private b-schools. Then I believed that I can work hard and make into one of the reputed b-schools like IIMs and make that one year useful and now here I am at IIM Ranchi. Hard work never fails, believe in yourself  and have hope that we will get everything we need when the time is right.
