Aditya Birla group, The Indian multinational conglomerate, with a mission to "deliver superior value to our customers, shareholders, employees and society at large " holds in my life. Fortunately, Aditya Birla group and my family has crossed path a long time ago and is still with us guiding and helping us. So almost 4 years when my dad decided to branch out his business and needed funds, for which he went for one the most trusted Indian company, Aditya Birla capital, where he was not only helped him in getting the loan at the best possible  interest rate but was also with a much-needed consultation and directions for his business and solutions to his problems. And also I have been a loyal customer of idea cellular for the past 5 years because of it’s best network, go in any part of India and you'll never face any network issue in addition to it there are various attractive schemes and offers with the latest technology be it 3G or 4G. The idea ensures customers make the most of it. Most importantly  Aditya Birla who has been touching the lives of millions is making a difference in society through various CSR activities like the treatment of millions of patients through their camps and hospitals, operating schools and providing mid-day meals for school children, skill training and many more. This activity would have helped millions of them in getting a better life, a healthy life, and a hope to dream and transcend them into reality.

Challenges!!! And how they made me independent and strong.

The challenges in my life started when I was still in college and my family was going through some financial difficulties. As my college fees were pretty high I decided to work part-time and finance my education by myself-— girls from my background often give up their education to start working, but one thing I was sure of was that I would get a degree, come what may. Then I began to apply for part-time jobs — I faced countless rejections because I hadn't even graduated yet. But I couldn't give up — if I had to continue my education, I needed to find a solution. Finally, I applied to a teaching institute, teaching is my passion. I promised my employers that while I would continue studying, I would give my 100% at work and they immediately agreed! Then began my routine — work shifts, college, homework, heading college fests and volunteering in various clubs and committees helping out at home and then work again — my days were sometimes 15 hours, but I had so much fire in me that I could have worked all 24! Worried about my health…my loved ones told me to give up college and just focus on work because I was doing so well. But I made them understand — all the women in my family gave up studying to work at some point, but where did that lead them? They took up odd jobs, got married and started families…but a woman doesn't have to choose — she could do both, and I was determined to prove that. It was all worthwhile The day I got my Undergraduate degree as it felt like having some superpower as I had achieved something on my hard work and commitment.
