Challenges are the act of life. Yes, it’s an act which always thrives to bring greatness from you. It makes you be resilient and give a purpose to live. Once you overcome the challenge it expands your conscience and helped you to reach the epitome of success.
Last year I started to prepare for the b-school admission test. But this time I had to make a balance between my personal aspiration and work life. Changing the domain always baffled me about my capability to adopt the change. Also, my workplace was on the outskirt of the city I lived in. Due to my busy schedule, I did not get enough time to prepare for the exam. I understood my preparation was below the watermark. Responsibility for the job and peer pressure bewildered me. I became impatient to get work done whether it was office work or my study materials. Also, it reflected in my continues assessment tests. I felt disheartened. I thought all my pain and effort went in vain.
But I determined to push myself as hard as possible. I tried to analyze what must have gone wrong. In retrospect, I understood I did not plan and channelize my resources well. I understood not only hard work but also immense discipline was required to accomplish the goal. At this moment I remembered the quote of the former prime minister of India Mrs. Indira Gandhi.
“There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit. Try to be in the first group; there is less competition there.”
And at last, I overcame the hurdles and got admission in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

It all started during my school days. During my lunch hour when I opened the tiffin box, but I preferred to call it magic box, it put a smile on my face. And the same thing did not happen when my mother opened this box. She worried about it. But she is a problem solver. She made my tiffin ready for the next morning. I returned home but this time she smiled with satisfaction. There was some aluminum-foil left in my tiffin, it was freshwrapp from Hindalco.
When I started my career in the corporate world I was baffled with my corporate attire. However, once I stepped into the shopping mall, all my doubt cloud disappeared.
