Aditya Birla Group is well-known for its compassion not only towards its consumers but also towards society. They have been actively participating in the CSR activities focusing on education, healthcare, family welfare, sustainable livelihood, infrastructure development, social causes with a sole intention of making a difference to the society we live in. They motivate many young talents to participate in sport and offer the necessary help that gives them a purpose to lead their life.
Aditya Birla caters to various domains of the Indian market starting from the low income to high-income groups, by offering a full range of products such as Ultra-Tech cement to Ralph Lauren. One common aspect moving from the mass to class is ABG keeps recurring is the quality and the service towards the customer.
ABG feels like a part of my life in many ways as I have been using many of their brands since my childhood such as Idea Cellular, Pantaloons, Allen Solly, Van Heusen and more. Although, one of my closest experience with ABG was when I started working with American Express, I was handling Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance as my client. While interacting with the Admin head for various tasks, I got a very close view into Aditya Birla family. Employee welfare being an utmost priority, they not only provide transport services to their employees but also ensure a welcoming environment inside the organisation. While I interacted with the employees, I saw them celebrating various festivals in the office with the utmost passion and creativity. As the company puts a great deal of effort into the wellness of the workers, it is a two-way street. Their employees were proud of the cause and the organisation that they worked for and manifested the utmost responsibility and commitment not only in their work but also in their behaviour inside the office. There is nothing equivalent to having passionate workers working towards a goal in the best rhythm to optimise organisational efficiency and ABG group is blessed with that.
While I served Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance a client for around a year, I understood that great organisations are made up of compassion, commitment, and integrity. That is the message I would always keep close to my heart and keep working towards betterment.
