Aditya Birla Group, the name itself is sufficient enough to generate a significant impact on anybody's mind. This 162 years old Indian behemoth having revenue of US $44.3 billion operates in 35 countries. The group has left its footprint on almost all the sector that comes to mind including swank apparel, financial services, cement, fertilizers, chemicals, metals, fiber, telecommunication, and IT services. It has played a significant role in making my life easier and better. Therefore, I can't imagine a world without ABG.
Whenever we talk about budget shopping, the first picture which comes to anybody's mind is of Pantaloons, the most desired destination for apparel shopping. The massive store has always been my favorite destination for festive shopping. It has revolutionized the way I dress and has significantly improved my personal and professional life. Apart from this, the luxury brands like Louis Philippe, Ralph Lauren, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, and Lifestyle have always been a part of my wardrobe.
On 31st August 2018, Idea-Vodafone became the largest telecommunication service provider of India in terms of revenue and subscribers. It has been a part of my life, be it a joyful moment or painful and has played the role of a bridge between my family and me. It has provided the entire country with a strong, sustainable, and uninterrupted network due to its world-class infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies.

"UltraTech Cement", the largest manufacturer of white and grey cement in India is one of the popular brands of Aditya Birla Group. From Grasim's first cement plant at Jawad in Madhya Pradesh in 1980 to the largest single cement company in India and 3rd largest cement company globally in 2018, it has come a long way in building new India. During the entire journey, it has mainly focused on providing end-to-end solutions to its customers. As a result, it has been recognized as SUPERBRAND having a capacity of 102.75 million MTPA of grey cement. I am quite familiar with this as it is undoubtedly an essential element of my abode, and which has given immense strength to it.
This Indian giant has provided a livelihood to around 120,000 employees. It is making a difference by its key initiatives primarily based on education, health, and infrastructure. It is actively working in more than 5,000 villages, treated over a million patients, involved in skill training for more than 95,000 people, provided solar lamps for 450,000 school children, and many more.
How did you overcome challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

This quotation inspires us to stay motivated during our tough times and move forward in life. From the advent of human life in the world, we are struggling to acquire something that can give us happiness. We consistently have a latent desire for getting success in our minds. We have achieved a lot by progressively expanding our knowledge and improving the technology. Still, we fear to fail. Though it causes pain, it is a part of our life.
Even the most successful people in the world have typically encountered massive failures in life. Though they have failed frequently, they have never given up. Similarly, I have also encountered multiple failures in my life. But I have overcome those unfavorable situations.
As a top performer in my school, I had assumed that I would be able to make it to the top ten list in the board examination. However, despite my hard work and dedication, I could not be able to achieve it which I consider as my first failure in my academic career. After that, I made my mind and tried to forget it and focus on my higher studies. I aimed to get into one of the prestigious IITs. But again, I failed to crack it but managed to get into one of the best private colleges in Odisha. I had faced many challenges as I had come from a small town to the capital for the first time. But, I had managed to acclimate myself with the fast-paced life of the city. Thanks to my hard work and dedication, I came out with flying colors and entered into a prestigious multinational company. From the very beginning, I had started analyzing the problems logically and tried to dig deep into the root of the problem. I was keen on taking ownership of the assignments and tried to complete it within the specified time. Due to hard work and dedication, I had received many appreciations from my teammates as well as from the customers.
After working as a web developer in banking, finance and insurance domain for 2 years, I thought of giving a new direction to my career. I decided to join one of the prestigious B-Schools in India. So, I started preparing for the MBA entrance exam. It became very difficult to manage both offices work and studies. I had to complete the official assignments and at the same time, I had to finish my syllabus. I started pushing my limits and tried to invest as much time as I could. I worked with all my passion as well and studied hard for my exam. As a result, I was successful in delivering the assignment in time. On the other hand, I had managed to get into XIMB.
