How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far

“When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favour”. – Elon Musk

Ambitions are double edged sword which can make or break a person. For me ambition has played out a very crucial role in the position I am today. Being from a middle class family with a sole child I have the responsibility of looking out for my parents. Education was the only means for me to achieve my ambitions but finances came in the way. I knew I could not force my parents for finances because they would not be able to help me however hard they tried. My father had to change many jobs as he did not have a stable one and my mother did some part time work to support the family. My ambitions drove me to the end and finally I convinced my relative to finance my education. I knew that if I utilise this opportunity wisely I will be able to fulfil my ambition of giving a good life to my parents who have struggled to make the ends meet. I embraced this chance of success by transforming myself from an average student to a bright student and finally I entered XIMB where I am experiencing world class curriculum and networking with people around me to build a better future.

Therefore ambitions have come and are still coming to my rescue whenever I feel low in life. The challenges I have overcome to reach my goal has taught me a lot in terms of hardwork, passion, commitment and ethical values. I will continue to strive towards excellence using my ambitions as a tool.
