Aditya Birla Group, an Indian MNC with a reach in 35 countries and a huge array of offerings in the form of branded apparel, financial services, telecom, cement etc. had a revenue of approximately $44billion in the year 2018.
It is clear that Aditya Birla Group has been impacting almost every person's life with their products and services. In my case, they have provided me with premium brands of apparel like Louis Philippe, Van Heusen & Allen Solly on which I can rely on anytime, whenever I'm in need of good clothes whether it be for family events, interviews or parties & even for something to gift my father on his birthday. A huge portion of my wardrobe constitutes of these brands. Also, it is absolutely necessary to mention Idea Cellular, whose uninterrupted services my father has been availing for the past 10 years. Aditya Birla Group also has its hands in the cement business in the form of UltraTech Cement which is India's largest cement company, it would be fair to say that the house that I've been living in was most definitely built using UltraTech Cement! Aditya Birla Group has indeed been impacting my life directly since many years.
For all the challenges that I have faced till now, my approach to tackling and overcoming them has been the same, which is to act conscientiously, not procrastinating & managing my time well. Whether it be the challenge to get over stage fright or cracking business school interviews & competition exams, I have followed the same strategy. Getting over stage fright & performing in front of more than 500 people in a band competition required me to have the confidence and complete belief in myself and my abilities which I was able to achieve only by continually practicing and giving my everything to it. Clearing business school exams & the respective selection processes was a hard task to manage along with the undergrad final-year exams and projects, for which I had to allocate my time in a balanced way to both the tasks at hand & work conscientiously in that time to achieve the objectives that were set on a day to day basis. What I believe that I need to keep doing to achieve my ambition of being a successful working professional and an individual is to keep working hard, have a positive approach to life and act conscientiously in whatever scenario I find myself in.
