It motivates young management aspirants like me to put it in the best of our efforts and transform into great leaders of tomorrow. Like millions of people around the globe my life is too enhanced by the many innovative and high quality products and services of the group everyday. From the Ultratech Cements that has built our nation (homes,schools and a lot more)and holds it together with its strength to the clothes (Madura Fashion & Lifestyle) that we wear everyday, it is hard to ignore the presence of the group in our daily lives.
It has always made our country proud with its global presence by providing products and services of global standards in more than 30 countries. It is the in depth research carried out and the use of cutting edge technology employed for developing every product that has resulted in the production and delivery of such durable and high quality products. It is hard to express the depth to which it inspires me to imbibe the five integral values of the group that is integrity, commitment, speed, seamlessness and passion.
It has also depicted the importance of human social values and giving back to the society by undertaking many of the humanitarian works to help and promote the weaker sections of the society. It has motivated me to think about the less privileged people in our society and contribute in their upliftment.
I will always cherish all the values learned from the group and I aspire to be a part of the Aditya Birla Group family one day.
