Aditya Birla Group is the 3rd largest Indian conglomerate headquartered at Mumbai, India. Founded by Seth Shiv NarayanA Birla in 1857, this group's interest ranges to metal, cement, branded apparel,chemical, fertilizers, insulators and many more. But before this, the roots of the ABG can be traced back to 1857 in the tiny village of Pilani, Rajasthan when Seth Shiv Narayan Birla ventured into cotton trading. Since then the conglomerate has been giving to the society and in different ways.

Apart from this there are various CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity undertaken by ABG which proves their motive of helping the society by laying emphasis on sustainability. So this was a short introduction to ABG group ,

Now when it comes to importance of this group i think in a way it has a great effect on millions of people of the world. In my perspective the products that it provides to its clients is of immense help. Taking my example ,who is a fashion enthusiast, and a lover of apparels I find that the way they promote fashion is amazing. From selling in house brands such as Louis Phillipe,Van Heusen, Allen Solly and various others to acquiring exclusive online and offline rights to American fast fashion retailer Forever 21 it has came a long way. Particularly, talking about myself ABG apparel has became an important part of my life and has even boosted my confidence to withstand any tough situation.

ABGLP is a niche platform that provide opportunities to students to grow as professionals and leaders. This program makes you to withstand every challenging spaces that helps you to learn and grow as a leader. Thus one has to go through several challenges while going through ABGLP. Similarly, I also have gone through different challenges to achieve my ambitions, that are in their completing phase. One of such challenge was when I was in my graduation I did not studied properly . The result was that my I passed my 1st year by doing second division. Thus I finally realised that I had to study very hard , moreover, it was the same time when I had also started my CAT examination preparation. So I was sure that I have to put a lot of effort to balance both college as well as CAT examination. And finally because of my hard work I succeded in doing good in both the examination. So it was one of the challenge that I faced and how I managed to deal with it.
