The Aditya Birla Group is one of the premier business conglomerates of India. It started as a Jute Manufacturing Company in 1919, and subsequently transformed it to a leading multi-product corporation covering varied business sectors.

Birla’s business strategy was mainly ruled by thoughtful mergers and acquisitions across businesses. Aditya Birla has been a part of my life through its diversified portfolio starting from Cement to fashion.

It has always been a part of not just my life but also of every individual by having every third aluminium can made from Novelis aluminium, tire in every second car in world has Birla carbon, Vodafone idea world second largest telecom operator to been third largest NBFC in India.

AB Group created its presence by been India’s largest fashion and lifestyle company, by keeping food fresh (freshwrapp), by making our shelter stronger (cement), and strength of plastics and projects us from UV rays (Birla Carbon).

AB group also help our business (industries) in many ways like Indo gulf fertilisers providing agri solutions, hindalco everlast aluminium providing roofing and structure solutions, and AB Capitals Ltd. by making tomorrow better than today.

It simply exemplifies integrity, quality, above all add character to each life and embeds a sense of pride in all of us.

We all face tough and difficult challenges in life. Some become difficult to overcome, especially when the odds are stacked against us. There was a situation when my family financial situation was bad and my family was not able to help in my studies (financially), at that time it was a difficult for me to decide whether to find a job by continuing my studies.

I took a part time job which aid my studies and also took burden from my parents. All through this difficult phase there was one thing which helped me to overcome my challenges was being positive always. Overcoming a challenge, you have to believe you can really do it. You have to find out all the ways you can overcome it, and put it to full use and effort. People overcome all kinds of challenges every day. I believe that challenges aren't nearly as hard as presented most the time. It's our own mental stability that's the difficult part. When you get into the mind frame of doing it mentally, you'll actually be able to do it. You can't do it, until you get there mentally.

Think the best, not the worst. To overcome challenges, you need to have that "never quit" attitude in life. If you develop it, you'll overcome quite a bit.

Simplify the problem or challenge you're facing. Break it down into steps, and work your way to the top of it. You have to work from the grown up. Work through each step of the process of overcoming this challenge.

Future belongs to those who believe in themselves.
