Under her leadership, her team achieved the highest Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and lowest Defect Per Million Units (DPMU) on site. She championed operational excellence initiatives including the SMED program (reducing changeover time by 50%) and led her team to victory in prestigious platforms such as the South Asia and Business Group Kaizen Championships.
