Failure is fatal. It is inevitable. It is not the failure that matters what matters is the swiftness with which you react to failures that will determine whether it is a debilitating blow or a sobering lesson. We all have our share of failures in life. Be it in personal life, professional life or both. Similarly, I also faced these failures when I first appeared for CAT and wasn’t able to convert even after putting so many efforts. But keeping in mind my mission statement – “Change your approach, Not the goal”. I prepared again for the CAT but this time with a different approach. Identified the areas in which I performed well and areas in which I need to put in more effort. Finding the right mix of balance between the job and preparation for CAT, keeping previous lessons learned in mind has now been fruitful for me. Also, as rightly said by Kumar Mangalam Birla Sir - “We all fail. We all make mistakes. The key is to not be oblivious to the mistake. When you make a mistake, you have three choices: You can be in denial, you can let it cripple you or you can acknowledge the error, take swift corrective action and learn from it,”
