Working for different colleges and helping them decorate their events better, Ramalingam with his partner founded Splash Decorations in 2008 in his 2nd year of Engineering. As part of Splash, Ramalingam worked as the chief marketing officer and chief financial officer taking care of the soft aspects of the business. As the marketing officer, he managed to get many big projects including the coveted silver jubilee celebrations of Anna University, the first TEDxVelammal amongst others. During this period, Ramalingam also worked with various other startups including twenty19.com, kickoffers.com and KSG. He also co-founded Lemon Inc, the Entrepreneurship Cell of Velammal Engineering College. As the CEO of Lemon Inc, He managed to imbibe the spirit of entrepreneurship and help create many startups in the process. Ramalingam later joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Engineer and worked across two Major Banks as a consultant in Database Mangement and Credit Appraisal fields. As part of TCS, he also worked under the Vice President of Bank of America as a consultant. Ramalingam later quit his job from TCS and started his private consultancy for startups. He provides marketing and sales solutions for young startups. He also provides pitching and financial assistance for startups. Ramalingam is currently pursuing his management degree course from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. During this time, he started Dalchini Tiffins with his colleagues from J.B.I.M.S. This was a food delivery business. Later, he also worked on an interesting artists-events integrator platform called Zoopky.com . He won awards for the project as well. Currently he is looking out for challenging roles to enhance his education and skills.
