Aditya Birla Group has carved a niche for itself since its inception and now is one of the biggest commelgomerate in the world. It has been an integral part of billions of live and made an important place in their heart. Even In my case, the products of ABG have helped a lot and made my life easy.

The memory that I have since my childhood is of me visiting pantaloons store with my family for shopping. The discounts given, services provided and the range of clothing available is second to none. The staff was very friendly and patient as well. The brands like Van Huesen are also an integral part of my life and one of the few brands that I trust blindly. I was wearing these brands on many important occasions of my life. Other brands like Allen Solly, Louis Phillips and Peter England also offered me great variety to choose from.

One more service of ABG that is unmatchable is the telecom services provided by Vodafone. It was the first sim that I started using as a teenager and now even after 10 years I have not changed my service provider.

Other services provided by Aditya Birla Group in the sector of carbonblack, chemicals, fertilisers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services have made a huge impact on people's lives.

Life would have been very difficult without these brands of ABG and I would wish them for their future endeavours to continue their excellent work.

How I overcame challenges to achieve my goals

Life has always been a story of ups and downs. There are lot of challenges that one faces in his or her life. But the real fun lies in facing these issues and overcoming them with positive mindset. Even i had faced a similar issue in my school days and life felt really miserable.

I was a shy, reserved and introvert kind of a person. In my childhood I didn't face lot of issues because of this but once I got into my high school, it was very challenging. I had stage fear, I was not able to socialize and i missed out on many opportunities. But as the time went along I took this as a chalenge and promised myself that I will work on this and overcome all my fears.

The first step was to read the newspaper in front of the mirror. This gave me a chance to assess myself and improve on my shortcomings. It even improved my pronunciation of words and clarity of sentences in my speech delivery. Then later on I used to give speeches in front of my friends and family and work on the suggestions that they would give me. Then gradually my confidence increased and I felt that I was ready to take on the world.

I started participating in various competions in my school. In the initial few days it was a good learning experience and gained a lot from my competitors. But later on I started winning the events and became more confident of myself as a public speaker.
