The Economist's MBA rankings for 2022 are here! This year, American business schools take the top spots in the rankings, with 2 out of 3 institutes in the top fifty hailing from the United States. Harvard Business School takes pole position, followed by the familiar Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. The Best Public and Private MBA Colleges in India | MBA Rankings

While placements are a big consideration while choosing a b-school to join, another important consideration is the return on investment. Naturally, this gives rise to a comparisons between government and private MBA colleges, with greater scope for lower program fees at the former. Today, however, there are only a handful of top-ranked public business schools that offer a relatively cheap MBA. Institutes of eminence like the IIMs charge anywhere between INR 13 lakhs to INR 24 lakhs for their flagship programs. To compare, this is at par or more expensive than pursuing an MBA from private institutes like XLRI Jamshedpur and MDI Gurgaon.

The Fundamental Problem With NIRF MBA Rankings - Dr Rajeev, XLRI Professor

The time has come again for B-school aspirants across the country to look choose between the b-schools that have shortlisted them. It can be a very draining activity and aspirants are worried about making the wrong choices. A very important source of information is the rankings published by various sources. The most easily available ones are those published by media houses, sometimes in collaboration with a research outfit. These rankings are usually taken with a pinch of salt and over time the credibility of many of these has been eroded. The one ranking that most turn to is the NIRF MBA Rankings, and in the past few years, it has established itself as a credible ranking. I believe there is a fundamental problem with the NIRF Rankings. Unfortunately, it has not been designed with the aspiring student applicant in mind. It is a general ranking with factors in a variety of factors useful to a variety of stakeholders. It might be a good ranking to use to form the basis for giving out some annual national awards, but it can be very misleading for students.

FT MBA Rankings 2022 - ISB Only Indian MBA College In Top 50

The Financial Times MBA rankings of 2022 are now out, and the Indian School of Business has emerged as India's leading business school in 2022! However, the institute has slipped to its lowest position in these rankings in five years, as have its IIM counterparts. IIM Indore, which made its debut to these rankings in 2021, does not find itself amongst the top-100 institutes of the world. In the overall scheme of things, UPenn's Wharton School has emerged as the pre-eminent global MBA institute in the FT 2022 MBA rankings, followed by the Columbia Business School and INSEAD. FT MIM Rankings 2021 | Where Do Indian B-Schools Stand?

The 17th edition of the Financial Times ranking of Masters in Management (MiM) has been released. A record 124 MiM programmes took part in the ranking process in 2021, up from 114 in 2020. To be able to participate in the rankings, schools must be full-time, cohort-based, and accredited by either AACSB or Equis.
