How To Improve Your DI-LR Scores In Less Than 30 Days

How To Improve Your DI-LR Scores In Less Than 30 Days

If we are to conduct a short survey regarding the section that would be the most unpredictable and difficult to prepare, we are pretty sure that Data Interpretation (DI)- Logical Reasoning (LR) would be the undisputed winner. This is simply because there is no fixed topic or subtopic that you can focus on or even a rigid structure to the section as such. How do you tackle something that you have no idea about? Something that has no pattern? Well, if these questions haunt you, rest assured that they will be haunting all the other aspirants too.

What Not To Do In The Last 30 Days To CAT

What Not To Do In The Last 30 Days To CAT

When I started preparing for CAT 2014, I knew little about the exam. I did not know many colleges either - just your regular IIMs and XLRI (and of course, TISS which I had set my heart on). My entire journey was one where I discovered new things each day - things about the CAT, about this race to win, about the college, about the people, and most of all, about myself. I also learnt, in retrospect, what not to do in the last leg of this journey.

Reminiscing My Final Month To CAT 2015 – Dhruv Bahl, IIM Rohtak

One day while sitting in front of my computer in office, I realized that only 30 days were left for CAT, for which I had been preparing for quite some time. My mock test scores were not something I could boast of. I had been thinking to go for a more serious attempt the next year and was taking CAT 2015 as another mock. With 30 days left, pressure and expectations, both were high, so I was continuously thinking what should I do. I did what any engineer would, I went to a café, had a strong coffee and forgot about it till the evening. Today, as I recall that afternoon at the coffee shop, I list down some important lessons that may come in handy for those who find themselves in a similar situation.
