When you think about Aditya Birla Group everyday brands come to mind like Idea, Peter England, freshwrapp etc. but when you dig deeper your brain may be amazed by the striking facts like – every third aluminium can is made from Novelis Aluminium, every second car in the world has Birla carbon and many more. The fact is almost every Indian may have come in contact with Aditya Birla Group’s products once in life. For me personally most of my garments come from brands including Loius Phillipe, Vanhuesen, and Peter England. Preferred choice for Telecom operator is Idea in my family. Hence, ABG products have impacted our lives significantly.

Aditya Birla Group is present everywhere. That is what I realised when I once opened the website of Aditya Birla Group a few years back to check what all brands do they sell. To my amazement, the telecom operator that I was a customer of, the clothes I used to wear & the cans of the cola that I drank were all the brainchild of the Aditya Birla Group. Isn’t it amazing how a company can influence the life of an individual to such a great extent?

Why ABG is big in my life and my challenge in life | SDA Bocconi Asia Center

ABG is a big part of the world and also a big part of mine &. A group of companies so big, I don’t think I would ever be in a country without a part of ABG in it. From a young age itself, Aditya Birla was one of the most common sights on hoardings and TV. Today ABG is a sign of trust and assurance. I know that when I come across a brand if it is a part of ABG, quality is something I do not have to question. From the clothes, we wear to the buildings that we live in, from the roads we ride on, to the phones we use, a part or whole of it is ABG. In itself, Aditya Birla is an icon of growth. It sets an example of how perseverance always pays off. I believe that in the case of ABG, it is always a question of how bigger can we get. The diversity of the domains captured by ABG resonates with the diversity in our country so well! Who would’ve thought a company that started as a jute manufacturer would one day conquer the world? ABG had acquired UltraTech Cement to form India's largest cement company. The sky was never a limit when it came to growth for this conglomerate. It is just a matter of days when schools might soon start using ABG is the limit rather than Sky is the limit. I am sure that Aditya Birla Group will continue to be an essential part of our lives in the coming future.

The Aditya Birla Group is an iconic Indian business behemoth, a Fortune 500 organisation consisting of companies in the clothing, infrastructure, Telecommunication and Financial Services sectors among others. The organisation has won innumerable accolades since its inception 1857, and has touched the lives of millions of Indians. Personally, I have made use of various offerings from the group, but the one brand that I’d say has left a lasting impression on my life is Louis Phillippe.
