Somethings in life are so omnipresent that we as individuals like tiny ants in a colony of about a million other ants are not able to understand the huge impact certain things have in our lives. For me Aditya Birla Group has had a similar impact. Who knows if it was not an ETERNIA window through which the sun ray’s first glazed my skin as I cuddled in my mother’s arms in the hospital I was born in. I am very sure that it was because of DELICE that my first birthday cake was so fluffy and fresh. In play school the only thing that made me feel any better was my tiffin box that had my mother’s love very cautiously wrapped in FRESHWRAPP. As time passed I realised how important it is to dress well. As a teenager I rushed in PANTALOONS to buy an outfit for a friend’s birthday party. Time flew very quickly and again as I was struggling to find a perfect dress to don on my convocation, it was FOREVER21 that gave me solace. My dear boyfriend looked dapper in a PETER ENGLAND shirt on our convocation dinner and the cheese served with wine that night tasted better than any I had earlier had, I am sure CORINO had a big role to play in that. It was now time to be part of the corporate race, for which I had my best gear on as I entered office the first day looking confident in my ALLEN SOLLY formals. Few years down the line I knew I wanted to build my parents a house in the hills, away from the chaos of a city life. It was a day of pride when the first sack of ULTRATECH CEMENT was unloaded to begin the construction of my family’s humble solace in the hills. I made sure we got the best of everything, even the CONDUCTEX coated wires and cables. Later that year my father walked me down the aisle dressed in a VANHEUSEN suit. I still can’t decide who looked better, my father or my to be husband in a LOUIS PHILIPPE tuxedo. Today as my family celebrates my baby shower ceremony, my mother got me a TEDBAKER bag filled with goodies which made me reflect on how closely one conglomerate has touched my life, directly and more so indirectly in ways that I still can’t fully acknowledge because of its massive footprint in numerous industries. Like million others my special days were also made better because of the Aditya Birla Group.

It was 20th August 2016 when I was going to appear for the first corporate interview of my life and was unable to decide a brand to buy a Shirt. A best friend of mine introduced me to Pantaloons where I was blown away by the magnanimity and the Aura of the store. Right from the staff who helped me in deciding the options from the best of the brands to the feedback at the counter; it was altogether a surreal experience. Pantaloons gave me the best in-store customer experience till now.

I am also one among the millions whom Aditya Birla Group touched. To remember, ABG started to impact my life even before I stepped into this world. One of the top players in Indian Multinational Conglomerate, ABG entered into the cement industry by founding Ultra Tech cement in 1983. In 1992, my father built his home with help of Ultratech cement (“Umeed Se Zyaada Mazbooti’’) which made him to deliver more than his expectations. In 1996, I made my first step where ABG welcomed me to this world as a host. In 1999, My first train travel began and I felt that I just travelled in a box of metal but now I can realize that ABG (Hindalco Industries) was a major part of that box of metal which was protecting me from the rains. In 2009, I got my first phone with a Vodafone carrier (previously known hutch). I never thought that ABG (Vodafone Idea) was the one who connected with my brother who lived some oceans away. My mom used to say that someone will protect you even in my absence, I used to have reverie as to who was that. I figured out that ABG is the one who is protecting me always in the name of Aditya Birla Health Insurance. In 2016, ABG served a major part in bringing our country to 11th position in Global Manufacturing Index. They have excelled in all sectors starting from textile where they produce 2 garments every second to copper where they are one of the largest contribution of copper to the Indian Railways. ABG did not forget to give back our mother nature as Birla Cellulose is ranked no. 1 globally, for its work on the conservation of ancient and endangered forests. When I think the end of ABG in my life, I realize the ABG will protect my family even after the end of my journey on this planet through Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. I am aspiring to see myself as a part of ABG who make a difference in the lives of millions.
