Being born into a business family, I was always fascinated by the big business empires, wondering often as to how they work in such a magnanimous scale and how do they manage their operations countrywide, constantly remaining competitive and adaptive to an ever changing business environment. Horizontal changes take place when we travel from one to n – that is just by copying the existing things. There was a girl observing the crowd passing by the lane and watering the plants at the same time. Then she came to pen down what all she observed in the people, what amazed her and what disturbed her. She immediately called her father who was on Indian Army duty far away from her telling him “Papa! You were right. Not all of us are same. I could not find any two person same in the entire week of observation. Even me and Didi are also very different.” And that girl is me, who has always tried to draw patterns in human behaviour, natural creatures and what not, but have failed miserably. This is because we, humans are and will be an entire universe in ourselves.

One conglomerate that according to me has been the epitome of change is Aditya Birla Group, the organization has always been one which has transformed itself with time and ensured it stays ahead of its competitors. The one department that has attracted me the most would be Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited.
