मेरा अनुभव आईआईएम बोधगया के साथ

ऐसा हो सकता है कि आप कुछ ऐसी कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रहे हो जिसका कोई और अंदाजा भी नहीं लगा सकता इस परिस्थिति में आपके पास सिर्फ दो विकल्प हैं या तो आप हार मान जाए और अपने वर्तमान परिस्थिति को अपना भाग्य मान लें और अपने वर्तमान परिस्थिति पर रोए चिल्लाए या आपके पास दूसरा विकल्प है कि आप चाहे जैसी भी परिस्थितियां हो उससे एक योद्धा की तरह लड़े और उस परिस्थिति से बाहर निकले एक अच्छा प्रबंधक (मैनेजर)वही होता है जो बहुत ही कम संसाधन को प्रयोग में लाकर बहुत बड़ा परिणाम दे। मैंने भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान बोधगया मे 7 जुलाई को दाखिला लिया और मैं बहुत ही भयभीत था कि कहीं ये मेरा गलत निर्णय तो नहीं है, क्योंकि मै और भी कई अन्य  आई आई एम मे  दाखिले के लिए उर्तण था लेकिन मेरा अवचेतन मन मुझे खुद ही इस इनलाइटनमेंट(प्रबोधन) सिटी की ओर खिचे ला रहा था परंतु मैंने अपने अंतर्मन की बात सुनी और मैं यहां पर आ गया,रात के 1:00 बज रहे होंगे मैं इस कैंपस में पहुंचा और कैंपस में पहुंचते ही मेरी पहली जो मुलाकात हुई वह मेरे एक वरिष्ठ से हुई, चुकी मै बहुत ही आकस्मिक था।  मुझे व्यवसायिक संस्थान के बारे में कुछ भी जानकारी नहीं थी मेरा यह रवैया मेरी वरिष्ठ को अच्छा नहीं लगा तो मुझे इस बात का अंदाजा दिलाने के लिए कि मैं आई आई एम में खड़ा हूं उन्होंने मुझे एक कार्य संपादित करने को दिया जबकि रात के 1:00 बजे थे मैं अपनी यात्रा के दौरान बहुत ही थक गया था लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने मुझे महिंद्रा ऑटो पर स्वॉट एनालिसिस करने के लिए एक कार्य सौंपा,उस समय मुझे एहसास हुआ कि मैं सच में आई आई एम में खड़ा हूं तो यह था मेरा पहला इंटरेक्शन माय फर्स्ट डे एक्सपीरियंस इन आईआईएम बोध गया  मुझे यहां आए हुए करीब 15 दिन हो चुके हैं अब इस 15 दिन में मैं अपना एक्सपीरियंस बता रहा हूं यहां पर हॉस्टल में हर एक वह इंपॉर्टेंट फैसिलिटी उपलब्ध हैं जो कि एक मैनेजर को जरूरत होती हैं हमें अच्छा एक सिंगल ऑक्युपेंसी रूम मिल रखा है जो कि वेल फर्निश्ड है, भोजन में  हमें पूर्ण रूप से ऑर्गेनिक फूड मिलता है ,यह बिहार मे होने का एक ऐडेड एडवांटेज है क्योंकि यहां पर पास में ही बड़ी-बड़ी खेत है तो यहां पर जो सब्जियां मिलती है वो पुर्ण रुप से ऑर्गेनिक होती हैं और हमें प्लेग्राउंड एवं सबसे इंपोर्टेंट जो फैकल्टी हैं हमारी वह आईआईएम कोलकाता की फैकल्टीज है,  जो कि भारत की सबसे पुरानी प्रबंधन संस्थान है, अंततः भारतीय प्रबंधन संस्थान में मेरे अनुभव के आधार पर  मैं यह दावा कर सकता हूं कि यह मेरे जीवन का सबसे निर्णायक और सबसे सुखद और सही निर्णय था।

Since childhood, I was fascinated by bright colors. I remember the first time I wore a beach t-shirt, bright blue t-shirt with yellow flowers on them, I was on top of the world. I always had a taste in fashion thereafter and wore clothes that catered to my sense of beauty. There in comes in Allen Solly, my go to brand for all sorts of clothing. With it's lineup of bright and beautiful clothes it always fascinated me and I started to love their selections.My first ever pick was a bright blue shirt and a brown cheenos, when I looked into the mirror I was flabbergasted. After that it became a usual thing to go to their showroom and look for the latest additions in their latest collections (even if couldn't afford them). I never considered the impact of Aditya Birla group in my life. Even though it has been in and around my life ever since I can remember. I remember being in a small town of Anand (Gujarat), which also milk capital of India, our most auspicious days were celebrated by buying brand new clothes from Van Heusen or Peter England. Both had a showroom in our town it was considered a novelty to buy shirts from it. Why ABG is big big in my life and Challenges faced in process of achieving my ambitions.

Though Aditya Birla Group was there with me since I was born but I only got acquainted with it, when I worked with an executive search firm, Aditya Birla was our client and I was given the responsibility to source employee for Sales profile for UltraTech Cement pan India, I felt overwhelmed by the large number of applications received and this intrigued me to learn more of Aditya Birla Group and particularly about Ultratech Cement, I found that UltraTech Cement holds the rank of largest producer of cements in the world and subsequently it values its employee. I remember my conversations with Mr. “Z” (have changed name to maintain anonymity) who was a HR Manager with ABG. He loved talking about his life at ABG and how he led a journey of transformation. At such a young age, with big dreams, I found myself immersed in his conversations. I ended up imagining myself in all his narrations. I researched more of its group culture and no wonder I found that it establishes certain Value Propositions in its employee that makes them feel empowered and associated. The core value of Aditya Birla Group is to make their employee more responsible by inculcating growth mindset approach, have entrepreneurial qualities, be meritocratic, empowerment to its staff and at same time care and value them.
