The Engineers choice, Aditya Birla Group – Ultra cement has witnessed a lots of dream coming true. Helped in constructing strong foundation of many homes. My family always dreamed of having a home after regular hard work with 20 years saving, we at last started building our home, which was the best feeling which I experienced. Using UltraTech cement decision has benefited us a lot, seeing the “Majbooti” we all are very happy, because being form a middle class family we can’t build home again and again, so using a right type of cement was the very crucial decision that we have to take. We always looked for the strength and power as string as our family bonding \ relations with each other. On looking the data about the no of houses build (around 1.8 million a year), many more schemes to come. Aditya Birla Group subsidiaries will play a significant role in completing it and on the other side with a top fashion apparel like Peter England, Vanheusen etc. under the name. Aditya Birla Group a very important part of life from morning waking up in the bed to the night coming back and sleeping .I have recently started my IIFT Delhi MBA journey also, It’s a new learning phase in my life, as soon as I got instruction to buy a full business formals, the one thing that strike my mind was Peter England and Vanheusen apparels. Confidence level was very high and boosted after buying the business formals, this level of trust Aditya Birla Group has maintained over the years .I wish this would continue as same. Born and Bought up in defense environment my hobbies and interest was always towards Outdoor Sports (Basketball and Volleyball), Sports has always helped me in maintaining a food balance between sports and studies. Once practicing before college tournament I got hurt \injured, my hand got bruised .Being the captain of my team I was responsible for the good show in the tournament .But even though I didn’t lose hope and continued helping team in practicing. On the day of the tournament I realized that in a team game we are team, we will have to play as a one single member. I wrap up a band aid over my hand and started playing initially and after some time I switched with a member as I was having low efficiency due to injury .But after all the hard work and a active participation my team was able to secured silver medal and I was very proud of the team .Through this incident I realized a lot of things that are still helpful or useful over the period of my life .This sports affair continued then after college too. I joined corporate where everyone start saying that you will not get time to play sport or you will not be able to make up sports team. I started thinking about the ways of breaking theses stereotypes, then I got an opportunity. My corporate company was organizing a corporate sports tournament, I participated as a volleyball captain, finalized team, organized practice session and with a marvelous effort and performance we won gold medal after many years. Same skills and passion want to continue in my MBA journey to make shine IIFT in all sports tournament.
