Saksham - The Entrepreneurship Cell of IIM Udaipur in association with TIE Udaipur, Quikr and Mediguest organised the third edition of ‘Prarambh – The 32 Hour Startup Challenge’ from 19th to 21st of February 2016 in IIM Udaipur campus. The event saw participation from 67 students and working professionals, who were shortlisted from a pool of close to 180 applicants hailing from different parts of the country. This event is in line with Saksham’s vision of igniting a spark within the student and startup community to take up innovative ideas and bring them to fruition.
International Entrepreneurship Challenge was conducted during the Entrepreneurship Summit at Faculty of Management Studies on February 13, 2016.
At our 2015 convocation last spring, Tata Group Chairman and Universita Bocconi International Advisory Council Member, Mr. Ratan Tata urged graduates to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities as opposed to simply managing for others. At MISB Bocconi, we couldn’t agree with Mr. Tata more.
If you need to know the true meaning of “failure” ask an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is the one who makes mistakes which will give a feeling to a layman of being stupid. But a good entrepreneur learns from his mistakes and makes it a point he never ever repeats it. Inevitable happens if it is the other way around.
