Over 100,000 aspirants jostle at CET for only 120 seats. Hence, the high cutoff.
For the purpose of this article, I chose to refer to my batch mates and friends. I did not want a list of books that you can anyway Google. Something new, something fresh. Perhaps not the best mix from a professional point of view but certainly something that came up with a personal recommendation.

This is an aspect of B-school that is always on a student’s mind. There is no denying that a major motivation of coming for an MBA is the ensuing placement. Many a time, we are told by alumni how the first placement is not the only thing that matters in the long run. Yet, we do take our placements quite seriously.
If I ask a random student walking on the street in India, what he wants to do in life, he would most likely say an MBA. Obviously, I would not do that in Mumbai; all I will get are abuses! The point being, everyone wants to enter a B-school and the reasons are obvious. But what happens inside this magical recruitment agency?

Professor Avinash G. Mulky and Professor Rejie George Pallathitta, with an equal number of votes, have been jointly voted as the InsideIIM Professors of the Year from IIM Bangalore.
