Who does not want to be called an IIM graduate, despite the fact that each year only around 2000 could make it? Making it into an IIM takes a fair amount of hard work, but guys life ahead is not bed of roses.
“Sorry, you are rejected”- Unfortunately my innocent heart and harmless ears had to bear these utterly painful words not once but twice from someone who was the dearest of all. Someone about whom I used to dream all day and night since the time I was given the slightest hint of being the chosen one. Rejection struck me like a sharp weapon which ripped me apart and did not even spare my heart, my dreams and my sole reason of happiness. Heartbroken, I thought it is the end of my story as the world I own has just crashed. But I was not aware that love can bloom again and perhaps to a much better someone than I could have ever imagined in my wildest dreams and imagination.
MBA is one of the most sought after courses in India. But recently they are under much criticism due to hefty fees and low return on investment (ROI). But this article is not to criticize MBA but to weigh pros and cons of doing MBA. Though MBA involves a significant amount of money with huge tuition fees and with it comes the huge stress of assignments, exams, competition, CGPA, placements. But there are benefits also both monetary and non-monetary such as good career avenues, high salary, corporate networks, and most importantly inner strength to survive. I will begin with criticism against MBA
IIM Ahmedabad concluded its final placements on March 1, 2015 after the Cluster 3. IIM Ahmedabad does not share profile -wise data and expects us to check the report 6 months later which will report audited salary information and other details like number of International offers and regions where students will work across the world and in India.
