The Indian Institute Of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has successfully completed the Final Placement process, .achieving 100% placements for the year 2020-22. The placement cycle witnessed 82 companies, including brands like Mckinsey & Co, Flipkart, Godrej Properties, Accenture Strategy, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase & Co. The highest international CTC offered stood at INR 80 LPA, while the highest domestic CTC stood at INR 46.5 LPA. The top 25% of students received an average CTC of INR 34.3 LPA. IIM Sambalpur has registered a 12.68% rise in average salary which has gone up at Rs.12.64 LPA, and a 10.33% rise in median salary which has gone up at Rs.11.42 LPA with zero opt-outs. With more than 65% of the batch opting for firms in IT and BFSI which emerged as the most sought-after sectors, followed by Consulting and Manufacturing.
