While I was pursuing my engineering, I knew for sure that one day I would get into a premier B-school for an MBA. It was October 2016 when a new journey of my life started; it was when I started my march to an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. The picture of my first day at IMT Ghaziabad campus is still very lucid in my mind. I reached the campus in afternoon and was greeted by Prateek, who was a first year PGDM student known to me even before I got into IMT. He showed me the canteen, where I had paranthas and a brief discussion with him. I then tried exploring the lush green campus on my own and was amazed to see its beauty, had ice-cream in dinner and looked around for something I would interest me.
Securing decent scores in tests like CAT / XAT / GMAT / CMAT is tough. An average student prepares for more than 6 months and sometimes more than a year to do well in these tests. But even those who secure good scores often fail to secure a seat in the top B-Schools.
IIM Kozhikode, better known as “God’s Own Kampus”, is proud to present the biggest cultural extravaganza of the year, Echoes 2017 will be held from the 3rd to 5th of February, 2017. Over the years, Echoes, the national level annual cultural festival of IIM Kozhikode, has hosted exquisite performances from across the nation comprising of musical splendour, elegant choreography, glamorous fashion-fiesta and transcendent art.
IIM Rohtak’s final placements for the batch of 2017, saw an increase in the average CTC by 10%, according to the interim report published by the institute. The highest CTC offered was Rs. 25.9 LPA.
