The Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR) has released the final placement report for the MBA-HR batch of 2020. The final placements season saw participation from 57 recruiters, including top brands like the Mahindra Group, Tata Steel, ITC Limited, and Delhivery amongst others. The average of the top-50% of the offers stood at INR 15.05 lakhs per annum, while the overall average stood at INR 12.87 lakhs per annum. Ellora Nath was like many other Indian students who opted to do engineering. Having a knack for science, she got into BITS Pilani, Goa, and from there moved on to becoming a Developer for eBay. In this video, she talks briefly about why she did engineering and gives us her experience as a Developer working for eBay.
