XL interview? Oh my sweet summer child! I vividly remember the day. Back then I was a young, fair, short heighted fellow who had failed terribly to grasp the CAT’s neck but as a slapdash stroke of lady luck, was awarded an XL call, my only call of the season. For Tony that has been the case for the last 6 years, working as the Corporate Director- Digital Media Marketing at the Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris presently, Tony handles direct P&L responsibilities. It’s MBA interview season again and one year into my own B-school journey the memories are still fresh. The last-minute prep, the anxiety, the hope… even the google search “Should I accept the toffee after IIM interview?”, it’s all coming back to me now. Yet, after all this time, one admission process stands out in my memory – that of SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.
Nestled amidst a canopy of trees to your right as you enter the IIT Bombay campus, the School of Management is as much of a serene, dainty place as it is full of life and activities. Once I set my foot into the place, I realized I would absolutely fall in love with it by the time I graduate in two years.
