XLRI Summer Placements 2022: Highest Stipend at 3.5 Lakhs a Month

XLRI's latest summer placement report is out! This year, the batch received an incredible average stipend of 1.54 lakhs and median stipend of 1.50 lakhs. The highest stipend stood at a whopping 3.5 lakhs. The average of the top-50% of the stipends offered was close to 2 lakhs. The 510-strong batch received 525 offers from top recruiters hiring for product management, marketing, front-end investment banking, and other sought-after roles.
