FMS Delhi has announced the admission criteria for the MBA batch of 2017-19. A good CAT score still remains the main route to join this premiere B- School but there is a twist. FMS Delhi aims to become more gender diverse as well. The top schools giving extra marks to women candidates consists of IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, IIM K and now FMS. As per InsideIIM's Gender Diversity report FMS has a lot of catching up to do - their latest batch has only 15% women. Like other top schools they have woken up to the new reality - recruiters want gender diversity in their companies.

My entire journey was one where I discovered new things each day - things about the CAT, about this race to win, about the college, about the people, and most of all, about myself. The mega exam is obviously The CAT but it has exams centered around it. Aspirants have a single-minded focus for CAT and in case of a bad performance in the CAT since it is so ambiguous they are unable to adapt to the other exams and hence have nothing to show for their hard work at the end of the year. Hence preparation needs to be altered accordingly to fit everything.
