If you’re an engineer you must remember the syllabus of your AIEEE or IIT-JEE exam. If you’re a commerce student you know the kind of effort people put in to become a CA. The extent of the syllabus of any entrance exam to a Bachelors Degree Program is much more than what is tested in CAT or other equivalent exams. Yet the salaries offered after acquiring an MBA degree are much more than what people get after just a bachelors degree. (Don’t jump at me if you are from IIT Bombay or IISc, you guys are outliers).
It was a great day when I joined a weekend batch to prepare for MBA entrance exams. On the very first day as I started the classes, returned and realised that I have other chores to work on which were poking my mind to agree to start the preparation tomorrow. Again it was another day and there was another "BUT", and it continues till I realised I was running short of time.
When the CAT 17 result was released on January 8, I was completely in shock, as I had no idea of what to do next because 83 percentile will never help me to get IIM calls. The only thing I had in my mind is to take admission this year or prepare for CAT 2018 but sometimes you know the inner satisfaction is more important because when we are not satisfied with the decision which we make is worthless. So after a month of deciding what will be a good option for me I have decided to prepare for CAT 2018.
First of all, congratulations to everyone who cleared the TISS-NET 2018. And those who haven't, keep trying, as it is just a small obstacle.
I don't write. I hardly ever did. The only times I had ever written apart from taking notes or scribbling quant was when I was in my first relationship. (I know! Cliché). Anyways, keeping that aside I would request you to not judge me on my vocabulary prowess or my grammatical sense but rather on the content of the article. And even if a single person reading this can relate to his or her life, it would be a huge motivation for me to pen down my thoughts again.
