    As a youngster, my direct point of contact with the Aditya Birla Group is through the Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) which houses many premium brands in the country. I would consider myself an unofficial brand ambassador of ABFRL because I love what brands like Peter England, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly provide us with and would let the world know that I am wearing these brands. I prefer Louis Philippe when you are looking for the Royal look and expecting the rich quality of both the material and the design. I prefer Peter England when you want to buy quality clothing, but you are on a shoestring budget.

Sometimes we don’t even realise what shapes our lives. It becomes so deeply intertwined with our lifestyle that a conscious effort is required to notice it. Aditya Birla Group holds this place in my life. I can still faintly remember the aroma of lunch that I used to eat in school as fresh and flavorsome as ever; all thanks to Freshwrapp. Childhood is a beautiful phase of life. You do as you please, without worrying too much about others and if you like something, you become devoted to it. All those seasonal visits with family to Pantaloons is still one of the most cherished memory of my life. It wasn’t about a big name then, not even about how it looked. What mattered most was how it felt. The comfort in those clothes is the reason I still find myself heading to the store whenever I see one. With time we grow and face new challenges of life, we cry, laugh and learn new lessons. And we realise to live a life of Integrity and Passion, perform every task with full Commitment. This isn’t a coincidence that Aditya Birla Group shares the same values. The first time I lived away from home was when I started my graduation. I never realised that I could become so homesick, but it was the Seamless Idea network that helped me bridge that distance. I called and stayed connected with my family for as long as I wanted. More time passed and life became more serious. The childish shenanigans gave way to a more mature lifestyle. I was about to start working professionally but before that I needed to look professional and for that I looked no further than Peter England. The clothes looked good and felt even better. Life was good, I felt complete. But after a couple of years, a yearning to achieve something more intensified under my skin and I decided to pursue Master of Business Administration. The values that Aditya Birla Group and I shared helped me clear the exam in the first attempt. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade was going to be my home for the next two years. Then the D-day came, and I stood outside the gates of IIFT feeling excited and nervous. My hands felt cold and my heart beat rapidly threatening to burst. I checked my tie and buttoned the top button of my Van Heusen suit. It fit as though it was tailor made for me. I know that the next two years won’t be easy. There will be cries, laughter and many more lessons to learn and we will again fail to notice the things that shape our stories. But through it all, Aditya Birla Group will continue to touch our lives.

Aditya Birla Group - The Engineer's Choice for better life

During my college days four years ago our family had to face huge financial crisis as multiple huge expenses like siblings marriage, construction of a new house, and paying for my education,  avalanched. Being a lower-middle-class family we were not able to meet those very huge expenses and were forced to lend money from banks. It was a great challenge to pay back the principal and interest on the bulk amount borrowed. This challenging incident had tapped my brain to think about avoiding or handling such situations in future. So I planned to invest a portion of my monthly income in safe investment tools and also decided to have a second source of income which I get even when I sleep. In that regard, I had started a reading library with a capacity to seat 54 members. That reading library provides space at a price to the subscribers who are looking for ruckus free environment and are preparing for competitive job exams like UPSC and medical PG admission exams. Establishing the library and reaching to the targeted customers was again a  challenging task. I gave the best quality service with care on each detail of subscribers requirements, as a result, the word about the best service, spread like a wildfire. Today my library is a very successful working idea and is fetching me a reasonable turnover and I believe that this would help me in my ambition to become a rich person.

Aditya Birla Group : A familiar presence in all the new beginnings | Nandani Singh, IIFT

For me, it was a dream to get into one of the premier B-schools of the country. After a yearlong effort, I  finally got one of my dream B-schools, I made it to IIFT . This was my chance to take another step closer to my dreams and aspirations. I received my admission letter stating the commencement date of the program. Now, this was my time to get my wardrobe ready with all that I might require to sail through the B-school journey. And the timing was no short of perfect; it was Summer sale in Pantaloons. That was an amazing opportunity to get many amazing set of clothes for varied occasion, all under one roof. After this, it was the time to finally get the formals and this was a struggle. It is very difficult to find formals for women, as many showrooms in tier-II cities don’t keep them. Every showroom I went, there was collection only for the men. The reason was as simple as almost no sale of women’s formal attire in that small tier 2 city. Now, that was disappointing. After an extensive search, I found only two brands where formals were available. That was, Van Huesen and Allen Solly. I got a wide range of options to choose the best for me. Aditya Birla Group makes lives simpler. It is an important of my life as after I am in the campus, Vodafone-Idea ltd keeps me connected with my loved ones away from me.

The first instance was when I was in school just after my class 10th results I took science as my subjects for my high school I was always good with science and maths in my secondary school but the opinion of science and math being an easy subject soon changed as I stared my class few of the students were doing very well with the subjects and I was lagging and I was worried whether I would be able to make it or not I shared this with my friends and my teachers they helped me overcome my fear after  motivation from them I was determined to do my best and I was able to overcome my fear that I whether I would be able to make it or not.
