Challenges are a part and parcel of our life and there are ups and downs but we have to trust and believe in ourselves. From the very beginning of my life I missed opportunities by small gaps being it in my studies or be it in my life but I never stopped my hard work or my focus in life. I wanted to be a doctor from my childhood but could not clear it by slight margin and I took up engineering. That was the time when I faced the biggest failure in my life. But I didn’t give up and worked hard. I cleared the interview of an IT company and joined in the production support team.
From my very childhood I love to learn or do new things and being a hard worker I got good remarks from the employer because of my development in automation. But day by day the opportunity to develop new things got constricted due to pressure in daily routine jobs. I felt like I am being tied up and I started preparing for CAT so that I can pursue management studies. The work pressure was very high and due to that the time for preparation was very limited but I pushed myself. Finally, I scored well in CAT and joined TAPMI which is one of the best B-Schools in India. As I was from an engineering background so it took time for me to learn accounts and other management subjects. I coped up in a little time and started scoring well. From being an introvert shy person I removed the fear of public speaking and putting thoughts on the bench.
These are small challenges that I faced which made me achieve to be here. Even in case of MNCS or corporate groups the biggest truth behind success is overcoming weakness.
