Life's not about stopping its about moving ahead, everyone faces roadblocks in their life my roadblock came when I wanted to something innovative during my engineering. I was going against a system that stopped creativity to maintain consistency. “What if the project fails?”, they asked me “Why don’t you just work on something that’s already proven”, they told me. I was faced with similar questions from my team “It will mess up our grades if we fail!”. At that moment when you backed to a corner, you can either break through and accept your defeat. I choose to break through, I started the project on my own did the groundwork and initial test. This initial work helped me convince the team to join the work with me, as I knew that I could only act as a spark the whole team would be needed to keep the fire burning. With the team backing me, we were able to carry forward the work through an initial phase with success. This success helped changed the minds of the naysayers and with every success more people joined to support the project. The ones who worried of the failure of the project now supported it wholeheartedly and wanted to showcase it everywhere.

This made me understand a few important things in life that people are resistant to change but if you have to be extremely persistent to see the change take place and also that there will always be people who would want to put you in a corner, you have to get out of such situation and lead people and as you keep moving you will start seeing the difference with the path becoming clearer with every step.
