Currently Aditya Birla is a leading conglomerate of India, and has a huge exposure to the customers around the world.
The cement product of Aditya Birla was the first product which I experienced from the ABG group. Being from a farmer’s background and hailing from a remote village, there were very few concrete houses in our village. My father after a long period of time decided to upgrade our ancestral home. I being a child was very enthusiastic in the construction of our house. The only thing I remember is the cement brand which was being used. Ultratech cement was the brand which was being used.
After many years after moving to an urban city for educational purpose, I saw an advertise on the television. The ad gave me nostalgia and I remembered my childhood memories.
Nowadays, the Aditya Birla products are common to me. From Idea cellular to different fashion brands like Peter England and Allen Solly. There may be many other products of Aditya Birla group which I might be using knowingly or unknowingly. The extent to which the company has grown and has diversified its portfolio is fascinating. I hope Aditya Birla group becomes a leading international conglomerate.
