Application Process:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience is required for applying to the PGPBL Program. Aspirants with less than 2 years of work experience can apply to PGPHRL
- CAT / XAT / MAT/ GMAT Scores are accepted but not mandatory. SOIL also uses STAT (SOIL Talent Appreciation Test) which requires no prior preparation on aspirant’s part
