Challenges are the ones which bring out the best from within no matter how hard it is.It makes you resilient to any situation that may arise in the future .The one of the most crucial challenge I faced was against time. Time is the thing which waits for no men.

I had joined a MNC after my graduation and was in a very jubilant mode to work for the organization. During the first month of the work in the company I was still getting to know how things work and figuring out the technical aspects of it.I was working in a team 0f 3 in which I was  newbie. During that week of time the manger had given us tasks to automate some of the workflow designs and I had very less knowledge how the entire project works. Moreover there was an emergency situation for one of my colleagues so there was extra responsibility that I was handling.

Adding to these there was an important implementation that was to be done by our team that was completely new to us and with 1 member running short it was a race against time taking into account the implications of failing to implement the process. With this responsibilities in my mind I had to literally plan and prioritize the things which I had to do. I tried to be calm under this situation and read the implementation manual which was looking Greek and Latin to my eyes but still with calm mind and being able to adapt to the situation helped me to overcome this difficult challenge and got lots of praise by the manager and senior leads for displaying such maturity and calmness during this crunch situation
