The critical role of ABG in my success..
ABG is one of the oldest and largest organizations which operates in 36 different countries with giving employment to more than 120000 people across globe.Directly or indirectly almost everyone must have used the ABG products atleast omce in their life.
I'm no more exception for that
I'm connected to ABG group more emotionally for the role it played in sucess of my life.
Everyone believes that knowledge is power. Education is most powerful to gain the knowledge. People who stays in cities and towns get. Wide variety of options to access the education and knowledge but people from small towns and villages have lowest options to keep forward.
I was born and raised in a small village which is not in proximity of such cities or towns so the my options to gain the knowledge are quite limited at that time.
With advent and penetration of internet in daily life, information and knowledge flooding the internet.
I believe internet decreased the distance between cities and villages empowered whole social strata.
It was the moment that Idea cellular has set up mobile telephone network services in my area.
I was the front-runner to use the internet.
I upgraded myself. It was like having the best weapon for war. I utilized porperly.
Followed news, read articles, scoialised on different social platforms,read blogs leanred so many things to keep updated myself.Idea helped me to learn English from basic level to advanced level.
It changed the path through which i was getting knowledge.New and fresh thoughts emerged from me.
Idea's cellular network provided me the great opportunity to learn and move forward.
I utilized those opportunities to move forward and achieve my goals. This is how my life come to forward.
Idea connected me more emotionally to my life. I believe ABG will continue to delivering the best, and will deliver
in future as well.Best things cannot be forgotten in life.

The management evoking event in my life:
It was my cat exam failure which evoked the best part of manager in me.
I failed in CAT miserably in my first attempt secured least percentile beyond my expectations despite putting my efforts. That was my first ever failure academically even after putting some of best efforts.
Being from medical background CAT was not cakewalk for me. I find it difficult to sail trough after my devastating failure. I recovered quickly. To crack the one of the toughest exams of India i need to device a different strategy. Then started to work out, from SWOT analyses toWhere I went wrong.
It not the just efforts that matters but where exactly you putting that really matters. I'm able to find out what exactly went wrong.Made a strategy, followed strictly
I became process oriented,not just result oriented and continues learner from failures.It is the actual change that bought me good result.Learned that better process might lead to better results.
Made this year to IIM ranchi(IIMR)
Time management, resource management that I have is the key to my success.
