Part A
Aditya Birla Group's retail store is one of the strongest developing brand clothes corporation across India. The distinctive feature which ABG's fashion brands such as pantaloons provide is the concept of fresh fashion. It has established itself as India's renowned fast fashion youth brand. The convenience and ease of shopping provided at ABG's retail store is unparalleled. For any Indian, especially students, ABG brands have established themselves as the go to place given the time and money constraints that students face. Apart from the useful, fresh and trendy product range the distinctive feature that one finds at all ABG retail stores is the staff support and goodwill. The great shopping experience that one derives from these stores is not only limited to their product range and value for money are the courteous staff who help you find the right clothe. I personally have found Pantaloons store to be the best in this regard, especially when alterations and size issues are concerned. There was once a grand family wedding for which I needed a specific garment altered and delivered on an urgent basis and the staff at that Pantaloons not only ensured that I find the clothe as per my liking but also went out of their way to get the fitting done in time. There commitment to ensure the customer satisfaction is something that lasts with the customer after every such experience.
Part B
I believe that one of my core strength is the adaptability and openness to new situations and people. But this quality of mine didn't come naturally to me, rather it is an acquired trait that I developed over a long period of time. As my father works in a PSU organization, I have lived across different states throughout my childhood and studied in total of 6 schools. I being a highly emotional and shy kid used to fear this reoccurent change and leaving my friends behind. It used to be a huge task to get adjusted to new school, place, peers and teachers. And it seemed difficult because I was always apprehensive that people will not accept new comer. But as I changed schools in my primary sections I developed this belief that people are caring and supportive if you let them be. A lot of barriers are in our minds and not in reality. I also learned that through open conversations and helpful attitude you can approach almost anybody amicably. Also, the fear of losing old friends got replaced with the excitement of making new ones. My personality developed greatly because of interactions and experiences of these various schools and places. I was turned from a shy person to a really confident one who is ready to take up any challenge and a great part of it came from interacting with people of diverse backgrounds who have motivated me to take up challenges and expand my horizons. This adaptability is something that has helped me greatly in my under-graduation and my work experience in a large financial MNC where I had to interact and collaborate with colleagues across the world.
