Why is Aditya Birla Group big in my life?
Aditya Birla group has many subsidiaries like UltraTech cement, Grasim Industries, Aditya Birla Capital, Vodafone idea, pantaloons fashion and Retail etc.
AdityaBirla brand so big yet it was there somehow with me in one or the other way since I was so little. The group was founded in 1857. Quite obviously, the group has put in a lot of time, effort and dedication to make it what it is today. The result of which is that it’s currently operating in 35 countries getting India the recognition on global level.
It is like one big joint family. I have always been inspired from this structure as I’m myself from visakhapatnam , we were about to build a house and that was with the ultratech cement which is from the Aditya birla group...for middle class and south indian family constructing a house is a very big matter where Aditya Birla's Ultratech Cement played an important role in bringing the bricks together like a group which is the main foundation for building a house.
How did I overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?
In 2018 , when i was working in TCS , i had gone through a tough face like there were only 2 people in my team ( me and my colleague) where he was affected by lung disease and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. It happened in mid of august and we had delivery in the end of august. So we had lot of work to do ..each of us had individual work and now as he was hospitalized , my manager said me to do his work as well . It was difficult but i took it as a challenge and for the sake of my team's pride in front of the clients, i has taken it up as a challenge and done the work in time. Where i need to work hard for 2 weeks from morning to nights as well as in the weekends .
