I think that the ABGLP program is an exceptional initiative for MBA graduates to get exposed to the corporate world to solve real-life business problems and gain exposure. The twelve-month program with exposure to training in multiple areas will ensure the holistic development of an MBA graduate.

Over the past couple of years, I have worked through the corporate life and realised that you need to learn, adapt and ask for what you deserve. While going through a rough patch in my personal life, I was working hard to get my professional life on track. It meant working on pitches till late night, teaching and motivating the team to work collaboratively and also keeping yourself of what's going in the industry. One of the toughest challenges I had to face through over the last couple of years is to prove myself wrong.

Setting benchmarks for myself, facing challenges and making it seem like a piece of cake is something I believe in. To give one instance, the most recent one would be me getting into a prestigious B-school like TAPMI. The first hurdle to clear the entrance is cracking CAT/XAT. While working full-time as a digital marketing manager in an aggressively growing start-up and working on the entrance preparation, it was a tough task for me to accomplish. On top of it, I also worked as a freelancing video editor which also took up some of the time out of the packed schedule. However, as time passed by,  prioritised my work and worked dedicatedly to achieve my goal - which was to join a prestigious B-school like TAPMI. As the results came by and the interview process started, I prepared myself to the best of my abilities and finally got into TAPMI.

Although the journey was filled with ups and downs, I have completed one part of the journey - which is getting into a good B-school. The next challenge is to work on my strengths and weaknesses to make the most of my learnings and implement them on the job.
