How Aditya Birla group affected my life - TAPMI

Aditya Birla Group is an Indian Multinational Conglomerate with range of businesses across the globe which includes Ultratech cement , Pantaloons, Minacs and Aditya Birla chemicals etc. They have always been able to conquer the market in whichever stream they go. As their tagline suggest " Lets reach for the sun " they have always been aiming for higher and higher results. This can be reinforced with their aim to became 65 billion cooperation by 2025. They have followed Multi-ethnic , Multi-dimensional Culture which have not only helped their employees but also has helped their customers in numerous ways.

The company has always an objective that people in different sections in society have a better quality of life. For examples the Recycling of 40 billion cans have will help us to move towards a sustainable society. The focus on Innovation and encouraging new ideas has always been a key element . Though this organisation has influenced lives of many people , but it was left a deep mark in my life. It was few months back when I was in Delhi busy working in a MNC company.  On a particular day , I decided to visit a Boutique that was recently opened in my society.  The owner of the society had issues in hearing and speaking. I could see her struggle in understanding what customers said and the way she tried communicating with her customers. Her zeal to do something on her own is what made her do everything with a smile. Her innocent smile touched my heart. It made me realize that life is bigger than the excuses.

Many other children and kids like her are being helped by Aditya Birla Group. They impact their life in a big way by providing Cochlear implants - ensuring broad smiles from ear to ear. I am extremely glad that children like these are being helped and given an opportunity to learn and leave a mark in others life. These children are our source of inspiration and motivation. I am extremely helpful to Organisation like Aditya birla group for taking a step to uplift these individuals.
