Coming to my field of work, when I first joined office, it was primarily a technical role where fixed goals were set. But my inclination was more towards taking up responsibilities proactively and to lead my team towards achieving these goals effectively and efficiently. As Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, the chairman of Aditya Birla Group, once quoted,” You must follow your passion and do something that is close to your heart”, it left a mark on my mind and motivated me to follow my dream. Even with a lot of work pressure, I kept putting in my best efforts to steer my course towards my passion. As a result, I have taken my first small step by joining the MBA course, hoping for a greater impact in the long run.
Apart from influencing my life in so many ways, Aditya Birla Group has always been contributing to the social and economic development to maintain a sustainable society around the globe. They are engaged in Rural Development Projects, Education of underprivileged children, training of women to become entrepreneurs and in Healthcare. This is how Aditya Birla Group has impacted not only me personally but also various other aspects all over the world.
