HOW ABG EEFECTED MY LIFE?
ABG had a great impact on my life just at the starting months of my career,I started working during my final years ina tech company as recruited in my college campus placement.My job designation was Bussiness Development Assistant and my role was to help conduct workshops of the company in different places aal over the northern India.The first half of the month of work was very hectic but also very enthusiastic as all of co-workers were freshers and we had a lot of fire in us to prove ourselves.I became the part of the teasm which was supposed to go at different location to conduct workshops and thern i came upon the unethical practices of some employees of the company,which was to charge extra sum than stipulated by the company from different instiutes.
After learning about the whole thing i was very effected and felt a lot conflicted about my ideals as this was not what i had envisioned my job to be.But one day,I had a group meetings with my school friend and there i met another like minded friend from the same field of Enginnering as me.He was working in ABG at ULTRATECH.T he lucky guy had gotten a dream like core placement from his college.
He was the one who told me about the employee and seniors relationship in ultratech and the importance which they placed in ethics.He told me about how an employee of his company is allowed to seek senior managers guidance at any point in his company.The company offers its employee a sense of security & warmth which is a rare sight in the corporate world these days.
After that i left my job and started to pursue my dream of working in a place where Ethics and Morals still hold value.
